What NestScore for Pros rates
NestScore for Pros gives every verified estate agent, realtor, conveyancer, real-estate attorney and mortgage broker on NestLink a 1.0–5.0 rating. Reviews come from NestLink, Google, Trustpilot, Feefo, Facebook, allAgents, Reviews.io, HomeViews and a further ten specialist sources.
NestLink first-party reviews (left by verified clients who transacted through NestLink or claimed the invite) carry 3× the weight of a Google review, which in turn carries the base weight. New platforms are added only after a source-audit and disclosed on the review-sources methodology page.
Verification and appeals
Every professional is verified against Companies House and the FCA (UK firms), the SRA or CLC (UK legal), state licensing boards (US realtors and attorneys), or the NMLS (US mortgage brokers). Unverified profiles are hidden from search, cannot bid in the boost auction and are excluded from the sitemap.
Professionals can claim their profile, appeal a review through the moderation queue, request corrections and — where the profile is theirs — request permanent removal. All routes are documented on the methodology hub.
