Every UK professional is verified
NestLink only lists UK property professionals who pass an automated register check. Estate agencies are cross-referenced against Companies House. Mortgage brokers must appear on the FCA register with an active permission. Conveyancers and property solicitors must be regulated by the SRA or CLC. Profiles that fail verification are hidden from search and cannot bid in the boost auction.
How the ranking works
Default ranking blends NestScore for Pros with location relevance to your search. Boost bids influence visibility only — they never change the underlying NestScore. The current bid winner in each area is disclosed on the professional card.
Filter by profession, city, county, specialism and review count. Every rated card links through to the full professional profile, which shows the review breakdown by platform, the verification stamps and the last time the data refreshed.
